We are looking for a Junior Business Operations Advisor to join our Business Operations (BOP) team.
Business Operations is the backbone of project administration across all CONET companies. We manage the entire lifecycle of project portfolios in SAP, from structuring projects based on client contracts to final invoicing.
Our responsibilities also include placing orders with external service providers, verifying incoming invoices, and coordinating approvals with project leaders. As a central hub for all project-related matters, BOP collaborates closely with internal and external stakeholders such as management, sales, accounting, procurement, external workforce management, health & safety, legal, suppliers, and clients.
Manage projects in SAP throughout their entire lifecycle, from contract receipt to final client invoicing
Collaborate with technical project leaders to structure projects in SAP, assign consultants, and ensure accurate billing
Handle procurement processes for external suppliers: create orders, verify timesheets, and approve invoices
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed within monthly closing deadlines
Analyze project performance, identify risks or deviations, and support improvement measures
Communicate professionally and promptly with all stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency
Successfully completed university studies, ideally with a focus on project management or business administration
Fluent in written and spoken German (B2 level)
Strong service orientation, organizational skills, analytical thinking, flexibility, initiative, and team spirit
Prior experience in project management and SAP is a plus
Experience in an international environment
Knowledge of administrative or financial processes
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
