As a Salesforce Consultant, you will play a key role in designing and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will provide expert-level consulting, lead complex implementations, and actively shape the digital transformation journey of our customers. Your work will directly contribute to long-term client success and internal knowledge growth.
Provide strategic consulting to clients and design custom Salesforce solutions based on business process analysis
Independently implement complex Salesforce systems from scoping to go-live
Conduct workshops and translate client needs into actionable user stories and epics
Ensure delivery meets timeline, budget, and quality expectations
Identify opportunities for client growth (up-/cross-selling) and contribute to lasting relationships
Conduct user training and share knowledge with internal teams
Extensive experience in Salesforce consulting and hands-on project delivery
Practical experience and certifications in Salesforce Sales, Service, or Marketing Cloud
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
High level of ownership, initiative, and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and consulting skills
Fluent in German and strong proficiency in English
