About the Job
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, configure and customize ServiceNow modules, and ensure that solutions meet business needs while adhering to best practices.

Your Tasks

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules

• Customize workflows, business rules, UI actions, and integrations to meet project requirements

• Analyze and optimize existing ServiceNow implementations for performance and scalability

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and web services

• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to security standards

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and documentation for developed solutions

• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices

Your Experience

• Several years of professional experience in ServiceNow development and configuration

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or others

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting

• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow APIs

• Understanding of ITIL processes and their application in ServiceNow

• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality solutions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in complex environments

• Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage
