As a Technical Salesforce Consultant, you will design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will take ownership of the technical delivery of complex requirements and shape sustainable system architectures, working closely with both internal and client teams.
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions, from architecture and development to go-live
Develop custom components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows, and perform code reviews
Advise stakeholders on technical possibilities, platform limitations, and best practices
Design and implement integrations, interfaces, and technical architectures
Collaborate closely with project managers and client teams, contributing your technical perspective to architectural and implementation decisions
Write fully descriptive tests (positive, negative scenarios) covering all business requirements
Proven experience in technical solution design, from system architecture to data flows and interface design
Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and security concepts
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving complex technical challenges
Experience in creating technical designs, solution documentation, and supporting user story creation
High sense of ownership, team spirit, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
Strong knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and environmental strategies
Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
